ATUS-90 series features:
1. The 90 series variable pump can be combined with the 90 series motor or other types of hydraulic products to form a hydraulic drive system to achieve fluid transmission and control. The 90 series products are mainly used in closed systems;
2. The 90 series variable pump is a compact, high-power density hydraulic component. The design concept adopts parallel arrangement of axial pistons and slippers and changes the piston stroke through a tiltable swash plate to achieve pump displacement changes. The direction of the pump outlet oil changes with the direction of the swash plate, thereby achieving forward/reverse switching of the motor output shaft;
3. The integrated oil replenishment pump on the 90 series pump provides the system with supplementary hydraulic oil, cooling oil and pressure oil required for control. A series of auxiliary mounting flanges can be optionally equipped on the rear end cover of the pump to meet the requirements of serial pumps in related applications. A variety of control methods are available to meet the specific control requirements of different systems (manual control, electric control and hydraulic control);
4. The design concept of the 90 series motor also adopts parallel arrangement of axial pistons/slippers, and the swash plate is fixed or variable. The motor can realize bidirectional rotation; the motor can be equipped with a loop flushing valve to realize the circulation cooling and clean filtration of the working hydraulic oil in the closed loop.
