The PVH high flow, high performance pump is a family of variable linear piston pumps that incorporate the proven design of other ATUS piston pumps. High quality manufacturing technology and work characteristics, but smaller in size and lighter in weight. The PVH Series is specifically designed to meet the performance needs of 250 bar (3625 psi) continuous operation for next-generation equipment designs.


This pump is efficient, reliable and has maximum flexibility of use with optional control. With a special design for tough applications, this pump offers earthmoving machinery, construction machinery, machine tools, flexible plastic machinery and all other energy-conscious markets where productivity gains and controllability improvements are just like all ATUS products. This pump is fully tested in the laboratory and on site.

This pump is efficient, reliable and has maximum flexibility of use with optional control. The flexible design includes a single pump, through-shaft drive configuration and a variety of drive shaft extensions and controls that will suit any application and provide the most cost-effective equipment. The tested components are designed in a heavy-duty, compact housing to provide 250bar (3625psi) continuous operation and 280bar (4050psi) performance in a load sensing system. This design guarantees long life at the higher performance levels required by today's power-intensive machines.


The small, lightweight design reduces application weight and provides added convenience for installation and maintenance. Maintenance kits developed for the most critical rotating and control components simplify pump maintenance and ensure successful repairs.


The low noise design can be used for industrial applications where noise is important, reducing noise levels and providing a more acceptable environment. In each application, various compensators are designed for maximum efficiency to provide the most effective system control, while more than 95% of volumetric efficiency means more flow, more input power is put into work instead of heat and waste. .


Heavy-duty bearings and shaft extensions result in minimal internal deformation and wear, providing longer life and maximum start-up time.
